(A) Artificial lighting of all indoor private residential swimming pool areas shall be so shielded and shaded that no appreciable amount of light extends beyond the lot lines.
(B) All private residential swimming pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and all equipment shall be maintained in a satisfactory operating condition at all times.
(C) No private residential swimming pool shall be used, kept, maintained, or operated in the town if such use, keeping, maintaining, or operation shall occasion any nuisance, danger to life, or detriment to public health.
