      (1)   School zones with speed limits of 20 miles per hour are established on the streets on which a school is located and in the immediate vicinity of each school:
         (a)   Clarksville Community Schools.

      (2)   The school zone speed limits shall be in effect between the hours of 7:15 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and between the hours of 2:20 p.m. and 3:50 p.m. on weekdays during the school year when children are present.
      (3)   Each school zone shall be signed as such located where the reduced school speed zone begins or as near as practical to the point where the reduced school speed zone begins indicating the reduced speed limit and a sign located at the end of the reduced school speed zone. If the school operates on a 12-month schedule, a sign indicating that the school is in all year shall also be placed.
