§ 150.054 MONETARY PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter may be subject to fines not exceeding $2,500.
   (B)   Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   The assessment of monetary penalties shall in no way limit the other penalties provided elsewhere in this chapter.
