§ 150.028 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   No certificate of occupancy shall be issued unless such structure was constructed in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules of the Commission.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to occupy any structure unless the Building Commissioner have issued a certificate of occupancy.
