(A) Class 1 structure without architect or engineer - certificate of completion and compliance. Upon completion of construction, the applicant for said permit (building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) shall within five days submit the certificate of completion and compliance on a form prescribed by the Building Commissioner.
(B) Class 1 structure with architect or engineer - certificate of completion and compliance. Upon completion of construction, the design professional (architect or engineer) responsible for review and monitoring during construction shall within five days execute and submit to the Building Commissioner the architect's or engineer's certificate of completion and compliance.
(C) Class 2 structure - certificate of completion and compliance. Upon completion of construction, the applicant for said permit (building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) shall within five days submit the certificate of completion and compliance on a form prescribed by the Building Commissioner.
