§ 111.30 COMPLAINTS.
   (A)   Complaints against any electrical contractor, mechanical contractor, or plumbing contractor under this chapter may be submitted to the Enforcement Authority by a client of the license holder or registrant.
   (B)   The complaint shall be in writing and state:
      (1)   Nature of the complaint;
      (2)   Defect or deficiencies not corrected by the licensee or registrant;
      (3)   Code violation information; and,
      (4)   Explanation of attempts to obtain compliance by the licensee or registrant.
   (C)   Upon receipt, the Enforcement Authority shall investigate the allegations set forth in the complaint.
