(A) If the Indiana Plumbing Commission revokes or suspends registrant’s state-issued license, the certificate of registration held by the registrant shall be revoked as set forth in this chapter.
(B) If the registrant’s state-issued license is reinstated by the Indiana Plumbing Commission, the registrant shall make application for a new certificate of registration and pay applicable fees.
