Any person who commits one of the following traffic offenses as defined and established in the state law or this chapter will be in violation of this Code:
(A) Speeding violation;
(B) Parking violation;
(C) Disobeying stop sign;
(D) Improper turning violation;
(E) Improper passing violation;
(F) Yield sign violation;
(G) Failure to yield right-of-way;
(H) Wrong way on one-way street;
(I) Other nonmoving violation;
(J) Disregarding automatic traffic signal.
