§ 52.60 STORMWATER APPEALS COMMITTEE.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Stormwater Appeals Committee which shall be composed of at least three people from or appointed by the Town Council in compliance with related state law.
   (B)   The Stormwater Appeals Committee shall be charged with addressing appeals to violations, hearing appeals in regard to disputed user fees and related matters of this chapter.
