All claims for reimbursement of mileage shall be submitted to the Town Council for approval on General Form 101 prescribed by the State Board of Accounts. The claims shall set forth the odometer readings from point to point, and shall not include travel to and from the officer's or employee's home and the governmental office in which he or she works.
