§ 91.116 RECLAIMING IMPOUNDED ANIMAL.
   Every owner reclaiming an impounded animal which is subject to the terms of this chapter shall pay all redemption fees. Other than fees owing to the animal shelter, such fees shall be paid to the Town of Clarksville along with fines in accordance with Appendix A.
