§ 52.18 REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS.
   Any temporary or permanent obstruction to safe and easy access to the areas to be inspected and/or monitored shall be removed promptly by the person at the written or verbal request of the town. The costs of clearing such access shall be borne by the person.
