(A) There is hereby the authority to create a grant fund of the town upon the reward of a grant.
(B) Monies shall be deposited into the grant fund and shall be disbursed from that fund and the town will request an additional appropriation for disbursement of funds.
(C) Money may be expended from the fund only upon the filing of a proper claim which follows the claim procedures as set by statutes of the State of Indiana and the ordinances of the town.
