§ 36.350 CREATED.
   (A)   There is hereby created a fund of the town entitled Central Trail Project Fund.
   (B)   Monies in the amount of $840,800 shall be deposited into the Central Trail Project Fund and shall be disbursed from that Fund and the town will request an additional appropriation for disbursement of said funds.
   (C)   Money may be expended from the Fund only upon the filing of a proper claim which follows the claim procedures as set by statutes of the State of Indiana and ordinances of the town.
