(A) There is hereby created a fund of the town entitled the EPA Brownfields Grant Fund.
(B) Monies in the amount of $440,000 received from the EPA under the agreement for the EPA Brownfields Coalition shall be deposited into the EPA Brownfields Grant Fund and shall be disbursed from that Fund and the town will request an additional appropriation for disbursement of funds.
(C) Monies may be expended from the Fund only upon the filing of a proper claim which follows the claim procedures requires by the statutes of the State of Indiana and the ordinances of the town.
