(A) A need exists for the re-establishment of the Cumulative Firefighting Building and Equipment Fund for all purposes and uses set out in IC 36-8-14-2 either as written or amended.
(B) The Board will adhere to the provisions of IC 6-1.1-41 and 36-8-14-2. The proposed re-established Cumulative Firefighting Building and Equipment Fund will not exceed $0.0333 on each $100 of assessed valuation payable in 2019 and thereafter, continuing until reduced or rescinded.
