(A)
No portion of accessory equipment to an outdoor private residential swimming pool (pumps, filters, and the like) shall be located at a distance of less than six feet from the side property line, ten feet from the rear property line, or ten feet from any structure (residential home or accessory building) as measured in a straight line.
(B) No pool shall be located under electrical power lines of any type.
(C) No accessory equipment serving the swimming pool shall be permitted to be located in the required side yard setback area.
(D) No pool can be installed on a vacant lot and a primary residential structure must be located on the same lot as the pool.
