Every swimming pool hereafter constructed, installed, altered, maintained, removed, or demolished within the town shall comply with all applicable provisions of this subchapter, and Article 4, §§ 157.30 and 157.120 of the Zoning Code (adopted by reference by § 154.20 of this code). In the event of a conflict between the provisions of such regulations, the more stringent regulation shall control. These provisions contained herein shall not apply to existing swimming pools constructed or installed before September 1, 2017.
