§ 51.115 AUTHORITY TO WRITE OFF DEBTS AND FEES.

In accordance with IC 36-9-23-33(m), the Office Supervisor of the Wastewater Billing Office has the authority to write off debt and fees deemed uncollectible for up to $200. Any amount over $200 must have the Town Council’s approval before the debt or fees may be deemed uncollectible and written off.
