(A) Any person found to be violating any provisions of this chapter this section and §§ 51.113 and 51.114 shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time for the satisfactory correction thereof The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations. The notice provided for herein shall be served at the address of the violation or at the last known address of the offending person according to the records of the Utility Director of the Municipal Sewage Works of the town.
(B) Actions under this section are in addition to any other fines, penalties or enforcement action provided in either this chapter other town ordinances.
(C) In the event of an emergency condition, the town shall have the authority to prohibit any and all continuing discharges into the Municipal Sewage Works from a specified facility(s) until the emergency condition is cured.
