§ 36.291 USE OF FUNDS.
   (A)   Money in the Historic Preservation Fund may be used for the expenses incurred in carrying out the purposes of I.C. 36-7-11, including:
      (1)   The cost of an examination of the property by a registered architect or registered engineer not employed by the department;
      (2)   The cost of surveys necessary to determine the location and dimensions of real property;
      (3)   The cost of maintaining the property, restoring the property, and/or demolition of the property;
      (4)   The cost of giving notice of orders, notice of statements of rescission, notice of continued hearing, and notice of statements that public bids;
      (5)   The bid price of work by a contractor; and
      (6)   Any costs deemed necessary by the Commission.
   (B)   Payments or uses of the Fund shall be made through claim procedure, without necessity of appropriation by the Town Council in accordance with applicable law.
