(A) Money in the Electronic Map Generation Non-Reverting Fund may be used for the expenses incurred in carrying out the purposes of IC 5-14-3-8, including:
(1) The cost of the maintenance, upgrading, and enhancement of the electronic map; and
(2) The cost of the reimbursement of expenses incurred by the town in supplying an electronic map in the form requested.
(B) Payments or uses of the Fund shall be made through claim procedure, without necessity of appropriation by the Town Council in accordance with applicable law.
