§ 36.270 CREATED.
   A non-reverting fund is hereby established titled "Clarksville Parks Non-Reverting Fund for Accumulated Leave Time". The Fund is established for the purpose of receiving, holding and dispersing monies deposited by the Clarksville Parks Department to ensure funding to pay for accumulated yet unused leave time by Parks Department employees.
