(A) A need exists for the re-establishment of the Parks Cumulative Building Fund for all purposes and uses set out in IC 36-10-3-21 either as written or amended.
(B) This Board will adhere to the provisions of IC 6-1.1-41 and 36-10-3-21 et seq. The proposed re-established Parks Cumulative Building Fund will not exceed $0.0167 on each $100 of assessed valuation payable in 2021 and thereafter, continuing until reduced or rescinded.
