An identity theft prevention program is hereby established by Town Council, and adopted by reference as if set forth in full herein. A copy of the current identity theft prevention program shall be maintained on file in the administrative offices of the town, which shall be deemed to include both the office of the Administrative Assistant to the Council and the Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
