(A) The original Town of Clarksville is designated as a historic district and is designated as The Old Town of Clarksville Historic District in accordance with Exhibit A attached to Ordinance 2009-G-03 and incorporated herein by reference.
(B) The property shown on the map attached to Ordinance 2022-G-09 as Exhibit “A”, the legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit “B” also attached to that ordinance, is hereby established as the “McCulloch House Historic District.” The district shall be subject to regulation under the provisions of IC 36-7-11, et seq., the Clarksville Historic Preservation Ordinance, and all other applicable statutes, regulations, and ordinances, as the same may be amended from time to time.
