§ 50.54 WASTE CALCULATION METHODS.
   (A)   Commercial, industrial, multiple-family and shared single-family uses vary widely among different businesses and composition of tenants over the life span of a development.
   (B)   Developers should consider the possible mix of tenants when calculating the size of containers and enclosures and be adequate to accommodate high-use periods.
   (C)   The enclosure size and dimensions vary with the quantity of refuse generated. Waste generation may be calculated by either of two methods:
      (1)   Simple method. Written opinion of waste hauler shall be provided with the district development plan for review by the Technical Review Committee.
      (2)   Calculation method. Waste generation may be calculated based on the following table:
