(A) Each and every recital set forth in the ordinance codified herein is adopted into this section.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-7-11, and at the request of the County Recorder, a supplemental recording fee in the amount of $3 is hereby authorized and established for all documents and uniform commercial code filings that are tendered to the office of the County Recorder for recording purposes.
(C) This section shall become effective on March 1, 1999.
