(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) If any person, firm or corporation shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 151.01 through 151.18, or shall do any act prohibited herein, or refuse to obey any lawful order given by the Building Commissioner in connection with the provisions of §§ 151.01 through 151.18, for each such violation, failure or refusal, such person, firm or corporation shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $500, in addition, reasonable attorney fees and all court costs incurred in any action, shall be required. Each day of such lawful activity as is prohibited by the first sentence of this division (B) shall constitute a separate offense. If any person, firm or corporation fails to obtain a permit before start of construction, a fine of $100 shall be collected at the time an application for a permit is made in addition to double the required cost of the permit.
(D) (1) Any person(s) who shall violate any of the provisions of the code adopted in §§ 151.55 through 151.60 or fail to comply therewith, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order made thereunder, or who shall build in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, from which no appeal has been taken, or who shall fail to comply with such an order as affirmed or modified by the Board of Trustees, or by a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time frame herein, shall severally for each and every such violation and noncompliance respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $2,500, and all such persons shall be required to correct or remedy such violations or defects within a reasonable time: and when not otherwise specified, each 15 day(s) that prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense.
(2) The application of the above penalty shall be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
