(A) If any provisions of this subchapter or the application thereof to any person is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this subchapter.
(B) In any case where a provision of this subchapter is found to be EST conflict with a provision of any fire or safety code of the county, the provisions which establishes the higher standard for the promotion and protection of health and safety shall prevail.
