(A) Permits required by § 151.07 shall be issued upon prior payment of inspection fees according to the following schedule:
(1) Building:
(a) New residential structure (minimum): $25 (first 1,000 square feet); $2/additional 100 square feet;
(b) Commercial structure (minimum): $30 (first 1,000 square feet); $3/additional 100 square feet;
(c) Addition/alteration (residential): $15 (144 square feet or less); $25 (greater than 144 square feet);
(d) Addition/alteration (commercial): $40;
(e) Accessory building/barn: $15 (144 square feet or less);
(f) Camper: $15 (less than 35 feet long);
(g) Demolition: $15 (800 square feet or greater);
(h) Garage: $15/car space; $25 (greater than 144 square feet); and
(i) Pool: $20 (inground); $0 (above ground).
(2) Electrical:
(a) New residential structure: $25;
(b) Commercial: $0.40/amp;
(c) Alteration/addition: $15;
(d) Camper (less than 35 feet in length): $15;
(e) Change of service: $15;
(f) Double-wide/mobile/modular: $15;
(g) Garage/out building: $15;
(h) Pool: $10;
(i) Rehab house: $10; and
(j) Rewire: $20.
(3) Heating/air conditioning:
(a) New residential structure (heating):
1. Two-story or one-story with basement: $25; and
2. One-story: $20.
(b) New residential structure (AC): $10;
(c) Addition (heating): $15;
(d) Addition (AC): $10;
(e) Hot water heater: $10;
(f) Rehab house (heating): $25; and
(g) Replace furnace: $15.
(4) Plumbing:
(a) One bath plus kitchen: $20;
(b) Additional bath, full: $10;
(c) Additional bath, half: $5;
(d) Hot water heater: $10;
(e) Pool: $10; and
(f) Rehab house: $20.
(B) All fees shall be paid to the Plan Commission.
