(A) No building permit shall be issued for the foregoing purposes, unless the application for a permit is accompanied by a plot plan of the proposed location.
(B) The plot plan shall include:
(1) The applicants name and address;
(2) All property lines and dimensions;
(3) Direction of north (arrow);
(4) Driveway location;
(5) Location and names of surrounding streets;
(6) Proposed and existing structures and their sizes;
(7) Direction of ground slope;
(8) Proposed setbacks from all roads and property lines; and
(9) Known easements.
(C) Plans and specifications pertaining to commercial buildings showing the work to be done shall be on site. A copy of a design release, issued by the State Building Commissioner and the State Fire Marshal pursuant to I.C. 22-15-3-1, shall be provided to the Building Commissioner before issuance of a permit for construction covered by such design release.
