(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of § 36.05 shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200 for each offense.
(C) Any person or persons who shall violate any of the provisions of § 36.06 shall severally for each and every such violation be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by fine of not less than $25.
