§ 36.05 NEW RESIDENTS TO NOTIFY LICENSE BUREAU.

   Persons not residents of the county shall within five days after becoming bona fide residents of the county report said residency, in writing, to the nearest branch of the County License Bureau of the following facts:

   (A)   Name;

   (B)   County residence;

   (C)   Social Security number;

   (D)   Telephone number; and

   (E)   Year and make of motor vehicle or vehicles owned by bona fide resident.
