§ 90.54 OUTDOOR BURNING PERMITS.
   (A)   Land clearing burning. An outdoor burn in the county may occur pursuant to § 90.53.
   (B)   State regulations. At no time will an outdoor burn permit conflict with Kentucky Outdoor Burn regulation as set forth in KRS 149.630 and KRS 149.410.
   (C)   Complaints. If the smoke produced by burning covered by this subchapter results in complaints from nearby residents or businesses, then the burning may be ordered stopped by the Chief of the Clark County Fire Department or his or her designee.
