§ 90.53 OPEN BURNING OF TREES, LOGS, BRUSH, LEAVES AND GRASS CLIPPINGS.
   Open burning of trees, logs, brush, leaves and grass clippings is prohibited in the county unless:
   (A)   It is in the course of agricultural practices; and
   (B)   The County Fire Department has been notified in advance.
