§ 133.14 BEGGING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to beg alms for any person, organization or agency except an organi-zation or agency, public or private, whose purpose or one of whose purposes is to aid persons in need.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to use, play or cause to be played any musical instrument or mechanical device of any kind or nature or to sing in any public place or to use any other means whereby to attract attention for the purpose of begging money or soliciting alms, either actively or constructively, within the corporate limits of the city.
