§ 133.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person convicted of violating § 133.20(B) and (D) of this chapter shall be assessed a fine of $25 for the first offense within a one-year period, $50 for the second offense within a one-year period, and $75 for a third or subsequent offense within a one-year period. Proof that the defendant demanded, was shown, and reasonably relied upon proof of age, shall be a defense to any action brought pursuant to this provision.
      (2)   Any person convicted of violating § 133.20(C) of this chapter shall be assessed a fine of $25 for the first offense within a one-year period, and a fine of $50 for a second or subsequent offense within a one-year period.
      (3)   Any person convicted of violating § 133.20(E) of this chapter shall be assessed a fine of $200 for each offense.
   (C)   Any person convicted of violating § 133.04 of this chapter shall be assessed a fine of $400 for each offense, plus court costs.
