§ 32.05 CITY HALL AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
   The City Hall Maintenance Department shall consist of a custodian whose duties shall be to see to the maintenance and cleanliness of the city hall building, except that portion thereof occupied by the Fire Department, and such other duties as may be directed from time to time by the City Manager. Additional employees may be hired from time to time as needed by the City Manager.
