Sidewalks which may be constructed along the streets and avenues of the city shall be of a width of not less than five feet on all streets and avenues, except as hereinafter provided: provided that all sidewalks which may be constructed along Third Street from the west line of Oowala Avenue to the west line of Weenonah Avenue shall be a width of 12 feet; along Wichita Avenue from Second Street to Fourth Street shall be a width of ten feet; along Catalayah Avenue from Second Street to Fifth Street shall be a width of 12 feet; along Missouri Avenue from Second to Fourth Streets shall be a width of ten feet; along Cherokee Avenue from Second Street to the alley between Third Street and Fourth Street shall be a width of ten feet and along Muskogee Avenue from the alley between Second and Third Streets to the alley between Third Street and Fourth Street shall be a width of ten feet.
