§ 101.24 DIRECTIONAL DESIGNATION.

   All street addresses west of the north-south division line shall be designated as “   West     Street,” and all addresses lying east thereof shall be designated as “     East    Street.” All street addresses north of the east-west division line shall be designated as “     North    Street,” and all addresses lying south thereof shall be designated as “     South     Street.”
