(A) Before any person may install a new driveway, replace an existing driveway, replace an existing driveway culvert pipe, or cut a street for the installation of utilities or drainage conveyances within a City of Claremore right-of-way, such person, firm, or corporation shall first obtain a permit for the sum of $50.
(B) This requirement shall not apply to newly platted subdivisions within the city where driveway aprons are constructed at the same time as the streets.
(C) Construction shall comply with all requirements contained in the driveway permit. These requirements are subject to change and/or modifications by the City Engineer.
