§ 101.20 DAMAGING STREETS AND WALKS.
   It is unlawful for any person to injure, remove or displace any earth, stone, gravel, sand, or other material forming a part of any public highway or street or alley, sidewalk, or road or crosswalks within the corporate limits of the city without permission so to do from the city.
