§ 101.16 PERMIT FOR MOVING BUILDINGS ON STREETS.
   It is unlawful for any person to travel, occupy or obstruct any street, avenue, or alley in the city by the moving of any building or structure along the streets, avenues, or alleys, without first having obtained a written permit from the City Marshal, otherwise known as the Chief of Police, to do so. Such written permit shall specify what portion of the streets, avenues, or alleys shall be used and for what reason-able period of time they may be used in the moving of the building or structure. It is unlawful for any person to occupy or obstruct any portion of any street, avenue, or alley other than those otherwise specified in the written permit, or for a longer period than that granted.
