§ 101.12 RESIDUE FROM CAR WASHING NOT TO DRAIN ONTO STREET.
   No commercial, industrial or municipal vehicles and equipment shall be washed at any place within the city where the water, dirt, mud, detergents, soaps, or other substances removed therefrom by or during the washing thereof, will drain into or upon any street or sidewalk of the city.
