§ 99.03 HOURS OF PARKS.
   (A)   All municipal parks shall be closed to the public from 12:00 midnight to 5:00 a.m. each day unless otherwise provided in this part.
   (B)   A person may apply to the City Council or Special Events Committee to use a park during hours of closure as provided in § 99.36(B) of this chapter.
   (C)   It is unlawful for the person to be in a park in violation of this section during the hours the facility is closed to the public. Any violation is punished as a misdemeanor.
