§ 99.36 LAKE PARK HOURS AND SCHEDULED USES; CLOSURE.
   (A)   (1)   Any person may make application to the city to use the lake parks during the hours they are closed, and the city, for good cause shown, may grant such application.
      (2)   Any person who violates the provisions of the section, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and such violation is punishable by fine or imprisonment as provided in this code.

   (B)   (1)   Lake Claremore and the surrounding lake park shall be closed to the public each day from 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. the next morning, except as to persons who are camping with written permission from the City Manager or his designee, using the park by special permission from the City Council or Special Events Committee, are lawfully fishing or who are lawfully hunting ducks in and upon Lake Claremore.
      (2)   Any person may make written application to the city to use Lake Claremore and surrounding lake park for a purpose which is not contrary to the public peace, health, welfare and safety, during the hours when they are closed, and the City Council or Special Events Committee for good cause shown, may grant such application by issuance of a written permit therefor.
      (3)   It is unlawful for a person to be at the lake and lake park in violation of this section during the hours the facilities are closed to the public. Any person who violates the provisions of this section, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
