§ 93.24 MARKERS; MAUSOLEUMS.
   (A)   No more than one memorial marker shall be permitted on each grave space, except that a military marker, or a common family stone, or one or two cremated remains memorial markers, in addition to said memorial marker shall not be a violation of this section.
   (B)   All memorial markers shall be set by the vendor selling the marker. The vendor shall contact the cemetery office and obtain permission before setting a marker. A memorial marker location fee, set forth in § 93.04, shall be paid prior to the time a memorial marker is set.
   (C)   Except as provided herein, all memorial markers shall be installed at the head or the foot of the grave as follows:
      (1)   Memorial markers at the foot of the grave shall be installed flush with the ground; or
      (2)   Memorial markers at the head of the grave shall be installed flush with the ground or they shall not exceed 40 inches in height from a two foot wide base set flush with the ground together with a ground level concrete apron four to six inches wide surrounding the base.
   (D)   Upright military markers shall be set at the head of the grave. Flat military markers may be set at the head of the grave or the foot of the grave.
   (E)   A common family stone shall be installed at the head of the grave.
   (F)   With the prior approval of the city, mausoleums may be built in the cemetery at the expense of the grave space owners. Said mausoleums must be built according to plans and specifications on file with the cemetery sexton. Mausoleums will be allowed only in the section set aside for mausoleums and crypts.
   (G)   The following property at Woodlawn Cemetery shall be the designated area for mausoleums:
      (1)   Kight Addition - Block 22. All lots 19-20-21-22-23-27-28-29-35-36. One half of lots 24-26-30-34-37-38.
      (2)   Kight Addition - Block 23. All lots 25-26-27-28-29-31-32-33-34-35-36. One half of lots 37-38-40-41-42.
   (H)   Crypts with ledger tops must be of trazzo or granite only and must have a six inch apron of cement all the way around the ledger. In case of deterioration, the city has the right to ask the family to replace or remove the ledger.
   (I)   The following property shall be the designated area at Woodlawn Cemetery for crypts: Kight Addition - Block 29. All lots 12-13-17-18-19-20-22-23-24-25-26-28-29-30-31-32. One half of lots 14-21. All of alley 1-2.
   (J)   No memorial markers shall encroach upon or above a cemetery space owned by another person.
