§ 91.20 PROVISION OF SERVICES TO THOSE UNABLE TO PAY.
   The operator is strictly prohibited from withholding emergency medical services from any patient because of inability to pay. Further, the operator shall dispatch appropriate personnel and equipment for each call received for emergency medical service.
