§ 91.18 REGISTER, RECORDS, AND FEES.
   The Clerk shall keep a register containing the names and addresses of all operators, the description of their vehicles with their license numbers and a complete record of all inspections of vehicles and equipment. He shall also maintain a complete register of all drivers and attendants, together with their registration numbers and a complete record of all suspensions and revocations of certificates, permits, and registrations. All fees for certificates, permits, and registrations, collected under this chapter shall be transmitted to the City Clerk.
